Get enough sleep: Sleep is important for overall health and well-being, and it also plays a role in detoxification. During sleep, our bodies go into repair mode and cleanse itself of harmful toxins. Aim for seven to eight hours of sleep every night to give your body the rest it needs.

Reduce stress: “Stress can take a toll on our health, both mentally and physically.” Wesley explains. It can weaken our immune system and make us more susceptible to various diseases. To reduce stress, practice relaxation techniques such as yoga or meditation.
